Adults only
GAYMATE is exclusively for people aged 18 and over. Accounts that turn out to belong to minors will be blocked. Content involving minors is prohibited without exception and will be reported.
Respect and consent
No hate, no harassment, no bullying, no discrimination – including on the basis of HIV status, body, origin, age or gender identity. A “no” or no answer must be respected.
No explicit content
GAYMATE is a community app. Sexually explicit content, nudity and sexual services for money are not allowed. Intimate images of others without their consent – including deepfakes – are prohibited.
Real people, own content
No fake profiles, no identity theft, no photos of others without the rights to them. Only share content you hold the rights to and in which everyone shown has agreed.
Other people’s privacy
No outing, no doxxing, no publishing of other people’s private data or chats. No attempts to find out where others are.
No spam, no fraud
No mass messages, no advertising without permission, no scams, no harmful links.
Report and block
You can report or block any person and any content at any time, free of charge. Reports are handled confidentially; violations can lead to a warning, removal or suspension. You can appeal against decisions.
